This tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
For safety reasons, we advise against participating in any water activity if you have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness.
Convenient hotel pickup is provided from select hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya exclusively for guests who book at least 24 hours in advance.
When planning your day, please consider that the travel time to Chichen Itza may take up to 2 ½ hours each way, depending on your hotel’s location.
