Welcome to VIP Riviera Maya Adventures (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website at www.VipRivieraMayaAdventures.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a reservation or inquiry.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
VIP Riviera Maya Adventures provides luxury, customized tour and travel experiences in the Riviera Maya region of Mexico, including but not limited to:
- ATV & Wave Runner tours
- Catamaran, yacht, and fishing excursions
- Cenote and snorkeling tours
- Mayan ruins and cultural experiences
- Wildlife and eco-adventures
- Foodie experiences
- VIP transfers and transportation
- Weddings and destination events
- Corporate and team-building events
- Exclusive VIP custom experiences
3. Bookings & Reservations
3.1 Reservation Process
All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from VIP Riviera Maya Adventures via email or WhatsApp.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including the number of guests, ages, hotel name, room number, and any special requirements. VIP Riviera Maya Adventures is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of booking.
3.3 Group Size
Tours are private and customized to your group. Minimum and maximum group sizes may apply depending on the specific tour or experience selected.
4. Payments
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash (USD or MXN), credit/debit card, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking. Payment processing fees may apply.
4.3 Deposits
A deposit is required for all tours and experiences to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by Client
Cancellation policies vary by tour type and season. General guidelines are as follows:
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before the tour: Full refund or credit toward a future booking
- Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the tour: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund
5.2 Cancellation by VIP Riviera Maya Group
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
5.3 No-Shows
No-shows on the day of the tour are non-refundable.
6. Health, Safety & Participation
6.1 Physical Requirements
Some tours involve physical activity. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical health to participate. Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs at the time of booking.
6.2 Minors
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Some activities may have minimum age requirements, which will be communicated during the booking process.
6.3 Assumption of Risk
By participating in our tours and activities, you acknowledge that certain activities carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.
6.4 Right to Refuse Service
VIP Riviera Maya Group reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant from a tour at any time if their behavior poses a risk to themselves, other guests, or our staff. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIP Riviera Maya Adventures, its owners, employees, guides, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or financial losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos, and tour descriptions, is the property of VIP Riviera Maya Adventures and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Photography & Media
VIP Riviera Maya Adventures or its guides may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use such images for marketing materials, social media, and our website, unless you explicitly opt out in writing before your tour.
10. SMS Messaging Terms
VIP Riviera Maya Group offers an SMS messaging program for travelers and customers who voluntarily opt in.
Non-marketing messages may include responses to tour inquiries, booking confirmations, payment and pickup reminders, itinerary information, schedule changes and other service-related updates.
Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, new tour packages and exclusive VIP experiences. Marketing messages are sent only when a customer separately opts in to receive them.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or booking any service.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again by completing the applicable consent process.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States and the State of Quintana Roo. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
